Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am so happy I went back to Embrace pet insurance. Their website is so helpful and easy to use. They email you when they receive the claim and when the claim is processed. When I called in the staff was so helpful and offered me the most discounts possible. She was so patient and kind and I felt like she was on my team. We picked out a great wellness plan which most insurances don't offer as well as the perfect injury/illness plan. Best part, I can scan and email my claim immediately so everything is quick. It literally took then less than a week to process my claim. They're the best to work with!

We checked out plenty of pet insurances and chose Embrace and we are so happy with our choice. We only chose to cover accidents and illnesses and it has been a lifesaver. For what we are paying each month, it has been worth it. We submit a claim, we're notified that it's under review and they have covered every claim we have submitted so far. Great monthly premium plus great service equals great pet insurance!

This is the worst experience that I have had regarding insurance companies. I've never had such a horrible experience. The representatives that I have spoken with are nitpicking every detail looking for reasons not to pay for a claim. After appealing the first decision not to pay for my claim, I have been told that I can appeal again. What a ridiculous waste of my time and my Veterinarian's and her staff's time. I have cancelled my insurance and expect a refund of the unused portion!

Welness Plan claim to have our 8 month old English Mastiff, spayed and gastropexy done. There was really nothing to it on my end. Vet office faxed in our bill & notes to Embrace, got an email that Embrace had received the info from our Vet and our claim was being processed. They let us know that it could take a couple wks to process the claim. I believe we recieved our check at the 2 week mark and had also been notified by email that our claim had been approved and would be receiving a check shortly.It was litterally that simple, quick and easy!!

While we've only been members since the summer, my whole experience with Embrace has been nothing short of amazing. My 8 year old rat terrier was recently diagnosed with a very rare, incurable form of cancer and our worlds have been turned upside down. From the initial ICU visit, to a CT scan, to major surgery, Embrace has not once hesitated on any of the claims (several thousands of dollars so far), or questioned why certain diagnostics were done. I've spoken to several different Embracers there and everyone has been extremely helpful and sympathetic. Not having to worry about an insurance company putting in their two cents on what palliative treatments are deemed necessary for my pet is very refreshing. Dealing with cancer is hard enough but having Embrace makes the process a lot easier financially.
