Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

So glad I have Embrace. They have been amazing to deal with and payouts are so quick. There customer service should give other companies lessons on how to do the job. The peace of mind being able to focus the best course of action for my dog not just what I could afford has been priceless. I can't thank them enough love this company!!!

Our Vizsla got very sick with a respiratory infection when he was 4 months old that required him to stay two nights at the emergency vet, costing us $2,000. At this point we decided to invest in pet insurance and the vet recommended Embrace. At 6-8 months old, Duke started to have recurring issues with lameness and spine/hip pain. Nearly 10 vet visits later they believe that he may have discspondylitis. We are awaiting the results from his latest blood culture, but we are hopeful that we finally have a treatable diagnosis. Throughout this stressful process, Embrace has been great to work with. They have answered all of our questions and reimbursed us without hassle. Getting pet insurance allowed us to get the best treatment for Duke without worrying about finances.

My newest buddy can see! Sure the doctor had a lot to do with that. But none of it would have been possible without the help of Embrace. Let me say that again, NONE of it would have been possible without the help of Embrace! From his referral to an eye specialist, to his initial exam, the follow ups, and ultimately a costly eye surgery, Embrace was/is there! Promptly reviewing the claims and issuing reimbursement checks made it possible for me to give this dog what he deserves...the BEST!

We sumitted two claims to embrace for our dog wo was quite sick. Finally we got a good diagnosis and our dog is now doing well. Embrace asked for more information on our dog's records from our vet, which were immediately provided. Our claims were processed quickly and efficiently. We received two checks from Embrace and we are now finished. They were excellent and quick to help us. We really appreciate all the help!

I provided the claim form to my vet. They faxed it in. Within 10 days, I had a check for my share. Worked perfectly, as far as I was concerned. Also good communication from the assistors - sending me email telling me where my claim was, and checking on if I received my check. Highly recommend.
