Great response to multiple claims
We recently had a backlog of claims for two dogs submitted by our vet hospital. Despite the volume of info to process, the Embrace staff did their usual great job of both giving us a status and settling the claims. After the claims have been settled, we get an email from Laura Bennett to follow up. I find this to be a good double check.
We have had Embrace insurance for several years covering four Great Danes, and some of their health issues have been costly. One of the dogs has had two MRIs. Embrace has always covered the appropriate amount with no issues or hesitation.
