Do your research

This company has made paying a phenomenal premium useless for my dogHe woke up in pain "ONE" day and is now labeled as not covered for 7-10 different things even though my vet explained to them there was really nothing wrong with his patella cruXiate ligament hips bones etc They won't even cover a broken bone. Seriously?? They have also permanently dismissed him from coverage for a skin problem?so honestly what good is this insurance if you're just paying a premium to get DENIED DENIED DENIED

I love Embrace Pet Insurance!

I have two English Bulldogs. Enough Said. We are constantly using our coverage and in three years have had NONE/ZERO issues. Claims are paid promptly and they clearly understand the nature of problematic pets that have re-occurring injuries. I am so grateful that I chose Embrace over the other plans I considered.

Frustrated

Everytime I try to log onto my account it doesn't accept my log on, but when I go t register again it says I'm in the system. I just want to see my info when I have time to look at it. Not have to call a phone # and wait. VERY FRUSTRATED

We couldn't have done it without Embrace!

Our Bernese MT. Dog had a bulging disc that caused her lots of pain and it took us many visits to different specialists and and MRI to finally figure out what was happening with our poor pup. As you can imagine, the cost of Vet specialists, and MRI and back surgery...were not cheap. My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with Embrace's quick response to our claim forms and not giving us a hard time about what they would and wouldn't cover. I would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner...it gives you a peace of mind to know they have your back.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
