Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We were absolutely devastated when our Great Dane bloated and required major surgery. Embrace was fabulous. The staff is amazing, empathetic, and so friendly. Our claim paid within 5 days after submitting a simple form and receipt. We can truly recommend Embrace to every pet owner. Filing a claim is simple and fast with no unnecessary paperwork. Our dog had a seizure and spent the night at the vets and under went several tests. The bill was over a thousand dollars and most of it was covered. It is a relief to know that with Embrace, we can get quality care for our dog without worrying about the expense.

We have had several Great Danes insured with Embrace and have had nothing but positive experiences. They pay promptly with no issues. Furthermore, the coverage is not limited to a single provider. We can go to either our usual vet or to a specialist, when necessary, and they cover the expenses. Our current older dog has had several expensive procedures that have been covered, making the annual premium a worthwhile investment.

I have only needed to use Embrace so far for my dogs' wellness visits (thankfully there have been no emergency or injury visits), however, I have been very impressed with their customer service. They have always answered any questions and dealt with my wellness claims promptly and efficiently.

Honestly I researched all the pet insurance programs out there for my new puppy. I researched on the web what actual people were saying as well as professionals reviewing Embrace as a company and came to the conclusion that Embrace was the best for my puppy. One thing that sold me on Embrace is the fact that they offer a Wellness program that a lot of the others do not. Embrace is not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. They are competitive for sure. I've already had to make two wellness claims for my puppy and they have approved both no questions asked. Their Claim process is simple and their payment is direct to my bank account. Honestly I don't really have time to sit here and review companies but I believe Embrace deserves just this. I hope Embrace continues to make me happy as a customer. I've already referred Embrace to multiple people and I intend to keep recommending them. I hope this helps others.
