Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased pet insurabce because I didn't want to be stuck in a situation where if my dog really needed some serious surgery I wouldn't be able to afford it. However, I also purchased Embraces wellness plan. And I've already received more in reimbursement then I've spent. I know this will change as a Daisy grows but the reassurance I get not just from if something major goes wrong it is covered, which is worth the price, but Embrace also makes your dogs care more affordable over their lifetime with wellness benefits.

Eight years ago, I was given a small dog when I retired from a 40 year long career. At the same time, I researched and invested in an Embrace pet insurance policy. A few months later, Pancho was diagnosed with several costly health conditions and further tests were highly recommended and completed. Over the years, all sorts of calamities have befallen poor Pancho. In 2014, he was diagnosed with life threatening Cushing's Disease which demands constant vigilance by myself and our vet. During this time Embrace has quickly handled every claim for treatments and medications to keep Pancho in good health and his disease under control. Every year, Pancho's therapy becomes more expensive. In fact, Pancho's vet bills have become so expensive that I could not afford them without the help of Embrace. This great insurance company has allowed me to keep my dog and his health in check. Without Embrace, I would have had to give him up. Thank you, Embrace Pet Insurance.

As a military family overseas, we were excited that embrace would work with us over here. But now after spending over a year with them and not getting our refund back on several different occasions I am highly disappointed. We did everything they asked in fact we did it several times and they still kept saying it wasn't enough. We were forced to cancel with them as we were doing our part and they weren't doing there's. I'm disappointed with their lack of working with us on the situation and their unbiased attitude of losing a customer.
