Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

This is my second year with Embracr, and I have had the best experience with the service. My claim paid faster than my own medical insurance, the customer service are great,very helpful and patient. I recommend this instance to all pet lovers.

We have nothing but good things to say about Embrace. Our dog experienced a neck injury and we were able to obtain pre-approval for his MRI, which enable us to get an accurate diagnosis. After that, each of his treatments was covered and he has made a complete recovery. Each claim was processed immediately and the payments came very fast. The customer service from Embrace is wonderful. So glad we chose them.

Out of the blue Nina was starting to loose weight, and one evening she did not follow me around the house when I came home. I called the vet the next morning and took her in, Nina never came back home. The staff/team at Embrace has helped in processing my claims in a timely manner and provided excellent service over the phone. I was truly thankful when I received the notice of the candle your staff light in memory of Nina and the card I received in the mail yesterday signed by some of the staff. Your team has provided comfort to my family during this time; and we a thankful.

Getting Embrace insurance for my 4 furkids was one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life! It has paid for itself numerous times over, and the service I receive on claims is TOP notch. I suggest this company to any and all of the pawrents I meet!

In August we adopted a 4 year old dachshund - Oops (yep, that's her name). She had not been spayed as she had been a show dog in her previous life. We did our research and decided to get her enrolled with Embrace and this past January we brought her in for a routine spay - which turned out to be anything but routine. One week after the procedure she started to develop all kinds of scary symptoms (throwing up blood) and ended up having to have a 2nd emergency surgery that resulted in yet other scary symptoms. We were fortunate to have excellent medical care and slowly but surely, our little one began to recover (as did her parents). She is her feisty, funny self once again. We racked up some serious medical bills and weren't sure how Embrace would handle everything especially as we had only recently signed on to the policy. We were totally impressed. They did everything they said they would do and did so with such kindness and caring (they even sent a email checking in on Oops....not a form email but a personal email). Our only hope is that we won't have to use them again for a long, long time! This is an excellent company and we feel blessed on so many levels. Thank you Embrace!
