Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

So far the people at Embrace have been extremely helpful. We are sooo grateful for their quick answers. We had a different insurance provider for our other dog and Embrace is about 1000 times better. I always recommend Embrace to friends who get a new pet or are looking to change insurance providers.

I've had pet insurance on my boxer since he was 2 years old with another company. Thankfully, I never had to use it, yet each year they raised my rates to the point I could no longer afford the monthly payments. I switched to Embrace in Dec 2015 & in May 2016 my dog was sadly diagnosed with Lymphoma. Testing and chemo are costing a fortune already, but thankfully filing claims and getting reimbursed 80% of the cost is a life saver. I am so thankful I have pet insurance, because I couldn't imagine not doing everything I can to save my 4 legged son & money deciding the fate of my boy. My only regret now is not switching to Embrace sooner and not opting for a 90% or higher reimbursement plan! Thank you Embrace for everything, you are literally saving the life of my son!

My cat was hit by a car and incurred over $6000 in bills. Though I'd only had my Embrace policy for a few months, his bill was covered exactly as the contract states, and I only paid 10% of total. If not for the Embrace policy covering the surgery, I could not have justified the medical cost and would have had no choice but to euthanize my cat.

Laura Bennett as well as all the other associates that I have had assistance with others but all get an A+! I was also very impressed with the turn around time from submission to receiving check. Thank you

Speed of claim processing, I'd rate as 10. Additional Wellness Addendum to my insurance---very useful program that acts as a pet savings account to ensure I have a little cash when the dogs need their heart worm/flea preventative. I'd rate that as a 10. Communication of claim status is rated as a 10. Overall---when comparing this insurance to another insurance I had previously---this was cheaper per month and covered a very wide variety of ailments, including hip dysphasia. A great value for a little piece of mind.
