Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I haven't put through enough claims to determine how I feel about the service overall, but we had a big problem with faxes not being received. My vet tried to fax the medical records 3 times and got so annoyed that she told me she won't handle the insurance forms with Embrace anymore. Staff has been pleasant though.

I have had Embrace for a few years, and this was the first year I had to use for illness. Claims were paid within a few days, Customer Service answered my questions clearly. Fell very at ease knowing I have this for my cats. Wellness benefit, makes the amount spent yearly worth it. Highly recommend!

It was so nice to have a little piece of mind when my dog suddenly became ill. I knew that we would not have to make any tough decisions about what we could or could not afford because we had this insurance. The claims process was extremely easy and clear. There was one short form my vet needed to complete, and we faxed the form along with the invoices directly to Embrace. I got an email notification quickly that the claim was being processed and that I could check in on it online. Within a few days, the claim was approved and a check was sent out. It was the easiest, most stress free process I could have asked for! I would definitely recommend Embrace pet insurance to other pet parents!

We had smooth sailing for years with our dog till he was 4 and needed ER care, we are so glad that we had Embrace to support his care and make our out of pocket expense less. They were fair and fast!
