Impressive service!

I fax a claim form and I'm notified within 2 to 3 days that it has been processed. I receive a check about a week later. I have had my dogs insured for two years with great results and I never hesitate to recommend this company to others. If you've ever had the stress of not having the means to pay for expensive vet care, you will understand how important it is to have peace of mind and know you can take care of your fur babies. The wellness portion pays for itself in benefits each year.

I love you guys!

I've said this to customer service reps when I've contacted Embrace & I've never had a bad experience, everyone is always so genuinely pleasant, it's so nice dealing with Embrace. Claims are always handled quickly. Even using the chat feature is the simplest thing. Thanks & please keep up the great work! It makes me so glad to have chosen Embrace for Tux!

New Pet and Newly Insured

Being a recent new pet owner of a puppy, we researched various pet insurance offering and went with Embrace. Contact support and online access has been an extremely smooth process. Our first claim (Wellness) was just recently submitted and processed very timely. Our hope is that we won’t need the insurance, but it is nice to know that we have it in place for an emergency.

Very Satisfied

Having a new puppy is expensive and knowing what kind of mischief they can get into, I decided on pet insurance. Sure enough, 6 months old and he gets gastritis and is one miserable pup. Embrace has been wonderfully supportive and our claims were processed within 5 days of them receiving the claims. Thank you and I would recommend Embrace to my friends.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
