I was able to put my mind at ease & get a MRI for my dog & to find the final results. She also is receiving acupuncture . Thank goodness for embrace . I would not have been able to afford the cost .

The Embrace staff are very friendly and willing to help when you have questions. They do a very good job with explaining benefits and claim results. I highly recommend Embrace.

Embrace is a trustworthy business. They do what they say they will do and honor the terms of their policies—not every pet insurance company is so reliable. I signed up for a policy for my 11-year-old lab just over a year ago. I didn't even think I'd be able to find an affordable policy for a dog his age, but Embrace was willing to do it as long as they had knowledge of preexisting conditions and we had a written agreement there would be no coverage for those conditions. Sounded wise to me and time has proved it smart. The particular employee I've been dealing with at Embrace (first initial: J ... knows her stuff) walked us through the process of obtaining records and establishing a list ofthose conditions. Knowing what's covered and what won't be, ahead of time has been a big comfort. Over my first year with the policy there have been 3 or 4 claims and the company did exactly what I expected it to, each time. Reimbursement was prompt and accurate. The rate went up about the amount I expected it to for the second year. Knowing in advance what will be covered and what won't for your pet is a wise approach and removes the potential for misunderstanding. Happy to recommend Embrace.

I spoke with 4 representatives in trying to determine exactly what I needed to provide. I asked that they let me know if more information was needed - the first one did not get back to me, but rather he called the VET. The vet then called to see if this was the same information I had requested. Ultimately after too much time on the phone and promises made to me that I would be called if any problems arose, the final young woman is the only one who followed up with me. The problem that I thought was Embrace's was at the vet, they had sent information with our name on it, but for another dog. Had the second person followed up with me about this incorrect information - I would have been able to take care of the situation post haste. I am still uncertain how much Embrace will cover for my dogs emergency surgery, which more than covered my deductible. It has not been a good experience - I will write more following communication on my claim. I cannot recommend Embrace to others at this time.

Just signed up and my little guy had some things that needed to be looked at. I honestly didn't know what would be covered because I had literally just signed him up. However I was very happy to see that Embrace did cover some of the work done and I got a payment in a pretty fast time line. So far I am very happy with Embrace.
