Review of claim process
Brought our puppy home from the breeder and per their recommendation purchased health insurance from Embrace. Before his first scheduled vet visit for his next round of shots, he came down with Parvo. After 2 1/2 weeks of treatments and over 1600 in bills, I submitted the claims. About 3 weeks later, I am told that because our puppy had not been to the vet before this other than when the breeder took him to get his shots before we picked him up, out claim was not valid. I will be contacting the breeder and letting them know about this before they mention Embrace again to a buyer of a 1400 dollar puppy.
