Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog needed medications for some ailments he acquired. I called to inquire what the insurance covered and how to go about getting reimbursement. I was given all important information, had all paper work filled out and was reimbursed shortly there after. My experience was very positive.

Very happy with Embrace on the accident and illness coverage. We have a Chocolate Lab and she is 2 years old and always into things and full of adventure. And of course with that being said. Already had to take to her to the vet with an injury to her leg and shoulder. Embrace help and sent me all the claim forms that we needed and reimbursed us right away!! We couldn't be happier. Great Customer Service!! Would recommend to anyone that needs pet insurance.

This was my first experience with using any type of pet insurance. I had complete coverage on my puppy, which turned out to pay off with all of her surgeries for fixing and her gastropexy. The amount the coverage cost turned out to be as much as the surgeries over 1 year. I purchased the injury insurance for my 4 year old, and fortunately did not need to make any claims, but it was a relief to know it was there. I would highly recommend having some type of coverage, even if minimal to help, I have seen so many pet owners over this past year come into some medical issues with their beloved pets that put them in severe hardships, and each time I heard them talk about it, I felt so relieved knowing that if that happened to me, I would only have to endure a fraction of the costs they did. The piece of mind is great to have, along with the friendly staff. Anytime I had any questions there was a friendly staff member to answer my questions and they never gave me any issues over the claims process. It was simple and convenient the way they have the claims set up. I will definitely continue to insure my babies through this company.

We have an English Bulldog that is just over a year old and we found out that she developed skin allergies. We knew that this health issue was possible with the breed and so when we got the diagnosis I was very thankful that we had her covered. This will be a life long illness and my husband and I have the peace of mind that she will be given the very best care because the cost to treat her is manageable with Embrace.

We have had great experiences with Embrace. They have covered issues ranging from intestinal problems to ACL surgery. We never could have afforded the surgery without Embrace. Our dog was 3 years old and she was like an elderly dog trying to get up. We could only walk her about 5-10 minutes at a time before she had to rest. The surgery turned her back into the young lively dog she was before the leg problem. We've had 3 dogs and she is the first one we have had insurance for. Our claims have all been settled quickly and to our satisfaction.
