Awesome Customer Service/SUPER EASY Claims!!!!!
We had used Embrace a while back, but when we adopted our current little girl (Gabby, 4yr PitMix), she came with a month free of some other insurance. I was stupid and just stayed with them for a year. For that entire year I never submitted a claim because their claim submission process was ridiculous - pretty sure that was their plan! I kept the insurance just in case we had any major issues and chalked it up to my mistake. However, as soon as the renewal came up, I reached out to Embrace and got Gabby covered through them. It took me all of five minutes on the phone and was actually less than the renewal fee for the horrible insurance we had before! The claim process for Embrace is about as easy as it gets - and the customer service I have received from every single person I have dealt with (email, phone, etc.) has been wonderful - actually helpful - AND nice! Imagine that! I recommend Embrace to all of my pet lover friends! Don't waste time and money with the other ones. I promise one claim submission with these folks and you will be singing their praises too!
