Recently filed two claims for my cat and the processing time took about five weeks. Some of it had to do with getting medical history from my vet and Embrace's receipt of my invoices. E-mail updates would come at regular intervals. Embrace is the only pet insurance company I've worked with so I have no other basis for comparison. Overall, the customer service staff was friendly and attentive through this process. I did receive two reimbursement checks promptly after following up on these claims with them. I understand that insurance claims, in general, normally take several weeks to process and am satisfied with the results. I wasn't in a hurry to receive the reimbursement. Would recommend Embrace to other animal guardians.
