Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had Embrace for 30 months. I cannot believe how quickly a claim is processed and within days of notification I receive a check. I suggest to all my friends who become puppy or dog owners to invest in insurance for their pet and I always tell them EMBRACE!

Unlike auto or home insurance they do not make you feel guilty about filing a claim that is totally legitimate! We have had Embrace insurance for our dog since he was a puppy. We didn't always need to use it, but this year he has unexpectedly developed a liver disorder which has required several blood tests and an ultrasound to diagnose, and more tests are on the horizon. Once we met our deductible, we have been receiving significant reimbursements from Embrace, which greatly assist with the costs of these tests and procedures. The amount of reimbursements have surpassed the monthly fees for the past 4 years, so the policy has paid for itself! On top of this, the staff is always extremely friendly when I submit a claim, or ask a question. They do not treat their customers like a large disconnected corporation, but rather it feels like dealing with a local vet office that cares about my pet. That is a welcome change, especially when you are dealing with a scary health issue with your pet.
