Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My 3 year old French bulldog had a rough couple of months just after we relocated to a new city. I think I was more traumatized by his unexpected medical needs than he was and the last thing I wanted to deal with was a difficult claim process. I was extremely pleased with the ease of the Embrace system. Communication was seamless and helpful and the turnaround was surprisingly fast. I highly recommend insuring your pet with Embrace for those unexpected and highly stressful situations that sometimes arise with fur babies!

We have had Embrace policies for both of our labs. We selected this company after extensive research of what is available. I must say that they are absolutely true to what they advertise. We got a policy that did not cover preventive or routine care costs, and did not cover medications -- and we had a large deductible to make it affordable. We wanted to be protected against the large expenses. Both of our labs died of cancer, with extensive costs at the end. All of our large costs were covered quickly, accurately, and with amazing and supportive customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even our specialist vet's office said they are the BEST. I will get our next dog insured by Embrace the minute we get him or her.

I am retired but was an insurance broker for over 42 years. I have seen claims handled poorly and properly. Our 10 year old Scotty was diagnosed with a a very troubling tumor. Our vet aggressively treated the condition through surgery. Embrace was very professional in their claims handling and payment processing. Ours was not a small claim costing in excess of $4,000. I am very impressed with the service and pleased with the outcome!

The only claims I have made so far are for wellness refunds.With a receipt from my vet for vaccines, wellness checks, preventtive medications or grooming, my claims have been processed and mailed within a couple of weeks. I am very happy with Embrace so far.
