Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had Embrace coverage for both our dogs, Ginger and Cleo for years. Few years ago Ginger had fallen seriously ill and had to taken into emergency care. The hospital fees and medication totaled over S2,100. When we placed the claim with Embrace, there was no hassle. The reimbursement of $1,800 (after deductible) was deposited into our acount in a couple of weeks. Both Ginger and Cleo have had to go to the vet for different problems throughout the years. Every time we were able to concentrate on our girls' situation and not have to stress over the medical bills. We knew that Embrace had our back. Embrace is the best and only the best will do for our girls.

My cat Penn just passed away at only 8 years old of cancer and I found the Embrace staff to be helpful, caring, friendly and prompt. They handled all my needs quickly and efficiently.

Embrace has always been extremely responsive whether they are approving a claim and mailing the check or when I make an inquiry. They are also readily available when making a call and I have never been on hold for any period of time. I highly recommend them.

I have six dogs, so I really need good pet insurance! My oldest Yorkie had to have bladder surgery recently to remove a large stone. After a successful surgery, I faxed my claim on Tuesday, it was approved on Thursday and the direct deposit went through over the weekend. Since he had already met his deductible, 80% of the large bill was paid! I have been spreading the word among my friends who own pets. Thank you for taking one of the stressors of his surgery away!
