We've had Embrace insurance for our cat for more than a decade and have recently added a second cat to our policy. We've never had a single problem with Embrace, and the company has always paid out every claim we've submitted. As our older cat has aged, she has required some serious medical attention ranging from extremely expensive MRIs and EKGs to less expensive but ongoing rounds of antibiotics and asthma medications. Embrace has covered every one of these claims. I recommend Embrace to everyone I know who has pets.

Thankful for Embrace
I've been with Embrace for about three years now and, after trying other insurance companies, Embrace continually fulfills my needs as a pet owner with a dog that requires continual medication and check-ups.
At only two years old, Lulu (my pitbull) was diagnosed with Histiocytoma and inflammatory polyarthritis. She sees a specialist and her regular doctor throughout the year and she is prescribed low dose steroids and a very expensive medicine called Lefluminide, which I pick up at a local pharmacy. Despite me sending in claims very often, Embrace always responds within a couple days of sending my claims in, and only a couple days after, do I receive a direct deposit into my account. The process of sending claims in is easy (for the medicines, I literally just fill it out and take a photo of it from my phone and send it in that way) and I appreciate that I can log in and see at what point in the process my claim is at.
What I especially love with Embrace is that I can call and talk to someone almost immediately. They are always so sweet and go above and beyond in helping me. The same goes for emailing -- I receive a response really quickly, which is, of course, important to me. One time I accidentally checked off 'wellness' instead of 'illness' on the claim form and at first my coverage was denied since I used all my wellness coverage. However, after emailing them and explaining that the medicine I sent the claim out for is actually for her ongoing illness, they resubmitted the form for me and I received my claim back in just a couple days. Sometimes insurance companies would say, "well too bad!" But Embrace made sure that all my needs were met and they didn't punish me for my silly mistake.
Without Embrace, I wouldn't have been able to take care of my dog. I'm extremely appreciative of their quality service and affordable insurance.

Amazing!
In 2007, my baby girl Sophie was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. She went through extensive (and expensive) procedures until she passed away in April of 2016. When I got Sophie I was unaware that pet insurance even existed. By the time she got sick she was uninsurable. I spent 9 years and over $10,000.00 to keep my baby healthy and happy. I spent every dime in my savings and then some. I swore that this would never happen again. I recently adopted 2 Lab mixes and immediately started searching for insurance companies and found Embrace. After reading the reviews, I said "No way can an insurance company be this good" I was wrong! They are better than that! Every claim I submit I get a timely response from a representative that I know for a fact truly cares about the well being of my babies. Thank you so much for helping me and I am happy knowing that what I dealt with before will never happen again. Still miss my Sophie very much!! :(

Great coverage for surprise condition
We did not know our adopted dog is allergic to bees! Embrace covered most of her emergency vet visit, which was not inexpensive. We are pleased with their service and value.

Disappointed. Cannot recommend.
Embrace have let us down. They requested health information that they admittedly did not review in a timely manner. Thus, when our poor dog was sick, they denied our claim. Their rationale was that the sickness that our pet was suffering was "pre-existing" on that day, being the day that they finally reviewed, and deemed insufficient, the medical records we had submitted almost 2 months prior. That left us to pick up the bill.
