Peace of mind that I can take care of my pet

My dog needed surgery to have two different growths removed and a biopsy. Fortunately, everything was non-cancerous and he remains in excellent health. It was the first time I used Embrace and I am so glad I have this insurance. The customer service, communication and coverage is excellent. It really helps to know that I can concentrate on the well-being of my pet without the worry of financial expense. Thank you.

Wonderful, empathic customer service

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Embracers at this insurance company. In the midst of our medical emergency, when I didn't know how to make decisions, several agents just listened while I thought about different medical choices I could make. In the recovery period, the Embracers were quick to find a billing error and correct it. Every phone call involved friendly, patient, present, caring voices on the other end.

Amazing service

I am so grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance on my two dogs! I never hesitate to take them to the vet, I get quick responses from online help, reimbursement within a week, it's absolutely perfect. I haven't had any emergency situations yet, but I feel confident in Embrace to assist and aid me if a situation should arise.

Since 2009, still awesome

We've had Embrace coverage for our Newf furbaby since 2009 and have since added our 2nd Newfy baby. Claims are always paid very quickly. Embrace covers our girl's Melanoma vaccine protocol shots and within 3 days and we are forever grateful for having this insurance. Their monthly premium is totally worth it for us

Brady's FLUTD Problem

Our male cat Brady has had some urinary tract problems over the past few months involving several visits to our family veterinarian and a couple visits to veterinary emergency hospitals. We submitted all invoices and doctors' notes to Embrace and they paid everything according to policy terms. We are very grateful to Embrace and their employees for responding and paying reimbursement so promptly. I highly recommend them for your pet's insurance coverage.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
