Newly Insured & Very Satisfied
I was very apprehensive about pet insurance until I read reviews, received positive vet feedback, and shopped a few vendors. I am so glad I chose Embrace. I never thought I'd use emergency care until needing it for our 6 mos. old golden who swallowed poison in our backyard. This larger claim (vet bill $375) processed seamlessly, within a very reasonable time, and the Embrace satisfied the claim in the amount I anticipated. I even had a back pile of wellness claims in addition to this emergency, and thought surely they'd reject one or the other for piling them all at once, but they did not. They kept in touch electronically during processing and approved all.
