Professional, yet even more compassionate

I want to thank all the representatives that I have spoken to at Embrace. Especially most recently, Joey K and Peter for their compassion and assistance. Always caring and helpful, thank you for all you did for me. While it was a struggle to gain the benefits at times, your representatives mitigations overcame any frustrations I felt at any point. Overall, while I would definitely recommend Embrace, I would add the caveat that you may need to actively pursue any claims and stay in good graces with your veterinarian.

Emergency IVDD surgery

Porter under went emergency spinal surgery a few weeks ago for two ruptured discs. I was able to rush him to Tufts for the best care without a single worry. Porter and his brother Walden are both protected by Embrace Pet Insurance. Embrace is covering 80% of Porters vet bill which was close to $6,000. If you have a fur baby I highly recommend pet insurance. I don't know what we'd do without it. We love Embrace.

Process was easy!

Although it's not something I ever wanted to use... This insurance saved me thousands of dollars on an unexpected accident that could have put us in a financial bind, although I still paid a pretty penny, Embrace eased the burden. The process was super easy and I received my check within a week. Would absolutely recommend this insurance.

Best Pet Insurance Company!

Great customer service, prompt responses, and very easy to submit claims. We just leave a copy of the claim form with our vet and they do it for us! Highly recommended insurance company for your pets!!

very understanding helpful in getting charges paid

The woman on telephone was not only helpful, but went out of way, By calling others, to see what could be covered, Now< i have 2 cats, with EMBRACE. Your coverage, and workers are very helpful.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
