The staff at EMBRACE are always compassionate, helpful and seem to genuinely be on YOUR side. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I'm still learning the ropes in regards to the claim game but they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The reimbursements arrive in a timely manner and everyone I have spoken with on the phone (and it has been quite a few) has been more thank kind. I feel fortunate to have selected EMBRACE for my pet insurance needs.

My 5 year old golden was diagnosed with lymphoma, which is treatable but costly. Embrace has reimbursed all of my claims very quickly, typically within 2 weeks. I have been pleasantly surprised about how easy the reimbursement process is with embrace.

I've only been with Embrace for about two months now, but so far everything has run smoothly, and everyone has been very helpful. I think think they offer a great deal that is affordable, but covers a wide range of things for your pets!

My dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that I would not have been able to afford treatment for without this insurance. Thus far my experience with Embrace has been positive - they cover exactly what they say they will, according to the actual vet's bills (not judged against an "allowable cost" metric). The communication between my vet and Embrace has been slow, but once Embrace received the information they were prompt and good with explaining the math for deductibles and rates accurately. I expect that now that the initial diagnosis and medical history has been processed, the other treatments for his cancer will be processed much faster.
