Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

In December 2015 we added a Ragdoll kitten to our family, I felt inclined to get pet insurance for her before she hit 6 months of age. I am so thankful I did as we recently learned she has mild heart disease at age 14 months. We are heartbroken but so very thankful to have insurance as vet visits will be required every six months to monitor her condition so that she receives the best care for as long as we have her. Embrace processed and paid claims within 2 weeks of submission, I appreciated having the website to track claims and preserve history for our cat, as details and history can get fuzzy over time.

I am new to Embrace and have been nothing but pleased in the Customer Service and their willingness to listen and act on a claim error that I discovered. This was immediately rectified and an adjustment was made.

The absolute BEST pet insurance!!!!!!! We received our reimbursement for services within a week!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is phenomenal!!!!! Always ready to assist with any questions you may have. The customer service department has some of the nicest people to assist you. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this insurance at all! Keep up the great work Embrace!!!!!!!!!!

Dog bite attack resulted in some hernias that needed repaired after initial treatment. Vets report on the claim was confusing due pre existing hernia. Excellent communication between Vet and Embrace cleared up problem quickly.Total satisfaction on how claim was handled quickly and efficiently.

I have an 8 mo old Yorkie who has had gastro issues from day 1. Once I met my $500 deductible,I began receiving reimbursement checks. Although the diagnosis doesn't change, sometimes claims move quickly, other times not so fast. I was recently told that they are very busy this time of year. People registering puppies from Christmas & Valentine's Day. Hmmm not so sure 🙄
