Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My jack russell-pug mix gets himself into ear infections on a yearly basis which are always covered. I give the form to my vet who faxes it to Embrace and I get emails telling me they got the claim and that it's been covered and to log on to see the results of the claim. It's so great! The customer service via email and phone calls are amazingly helpful. I recommend Embrace to everyone with an animal.

Our 12 year old Pit Mix, Brandy, was listless, had no appetite, a touch of diarrhea. All of these a very out of character for this still energetic girls with a good appetite. The vet ran lots of tests that were inconclusive. But also found dehydration and gave a big dose of sub-cutaneous fluids. The total for all the tests, xrays, procedures, and substances was around $500! And Embrace covered it all. The only reason I've given them a 9, instead of 10, was that they considered our earliest claim to be for a "pre-existing condition." Too complicated for this space, but we'd only adopted Brandy a couple days when we signed up for the insurance so it seemed pretty harsh.

I think Embrace Pet insurance is outstanding!! I have researched other pet insurance companies online and read reviews of other companies. By far Embrace is above them all!!! I am very pleased with the excellent, prompt service that I have received.

Since day one, wellness and illness coverage has been fantastic. Even after my dog was misdiagnosed Embrace worked with us to re-classify previous claims that were not paid under the policy and honored them. They supported us through the illness process and through the confusion time. Their response and processing time is very good. Customer service, phone and online options are excellent.

I have two dogs. When one isn't sick the other one is. Embrace has responded to my claims in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their service.
