Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I'm very satisfied with Embrace. There customer service reps are very helpful and their turnaround time on claims is outstanding. The wellness program is great because I use supplements vs prescription medications from the vets and this is also covered. I would recommend the any day.

My beloved 11 year old Standard Poodle, Merlin suddenly developed a melanoma on his gum which required extensive immediate surgery and follow up vaccines. I am retired and live on a comfortable but fixed income. If it weren't for Embrace I would be in a financial pickle right now. Instead, I do have Embrace Pet Insurance and I am happy to say they paid 80% of the over $7,000 vet bill. They were helpful when I called to inquire about coverage and the claims were processed and my checks received in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Embrace. Merlin has recovered from the surgery and is thriving, happy and once again healthy.

Embrace is the best pet insurance I have had. We adopted two English Bulldogs, a male and a female. The male is fine. But the female has had a series of difficulties with her eyes and skin allergies. Embrace has been responsive and fast in approving her vet bills. The last pet insurance company I worked with was terrible. They took forever to pay a claim; they questioned legitimate vet bills; they did not pay for many normally covered conditions. Embrace does what it say it will! What you see is what you get!

I highly recommend Embrace. The claim process is easy, and they are always very efficient in responding back. The policy rules are very clear, as well.

I have had two pups insured with Embrace since I adopted them 5 and 7 years ago. We've had everything from Giardia to torn ACL surgery to root canals! The last two just in the past year...well over $6,000 in vet bills and while not all of the expenses have been covered, the bulk of the cost has been and it's really nice to get that $$ back. Everyone I've dealt with at Embrace has been courteous, professional, has responded promptly and claims are paid quickly. I couldn't ask for more.
