Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My 16 yr old cat was rushed to the emergency vet as she was unresponsive. Once she was stabilized, and it was determined she was suffering from severe hypoglycemia among some other underlying issues, she was hospitalized for a number of days. Although I knew the costs were adding up quickly, I didn't have to worry because of Embrace. I was able to focus my mind on what mattered most: getting my cat back to normal. Embrace ended up covering 80% of my $1,800 bill. I couldn't be more grateful!

I cannot express enough how thankful we are to have Embrace insurance. They are incredibly easy to deal with, actually cover what they say they are going to without any hassle Claims are processed quickly and efficiently and their customer service (should you ever actually need to contact them) is both caring and responsive. I wish dealing with my human insurance company were even half as easy as it is to work with Embrace. They truly have an amazing business model.

We were looking for a low cost pet insurance that we could customize to our needs. This insurance fit the bill for us. Glad that we did get insurance because it has already paid for itself this year. I also like the wellness option. I have not had issues with reimbursements. Additionally, customer service has been excellent. Able to speak to a real person when I call and get answers to any questions I may have.

My cats were insured for 14 years by another pet insurance company. I never had a claim for 11 years. When one of my cats got seriously sick, the insurance company barely covered $200. That was very disappointing and I cancelled the insurance policies as there was no point in throwing good money after bad. But, this time, when I adopted 2 kitties recently, my vet suggested Embrace. I reluctantly enrolled my cats. One of them got sick recently and had to be taken to emergency. Embrace promptly paid the fees promised in the policy. I am very impressed and have recommended this company to other pet owner friends.

I just posted a review about my speedy reimbursement for one of my pets. I just received notice today the other wellness claim was approved as well! The service with this company is awesome and I don't see myself moving from them! Thank you embrace!
