Best Pet Insurance

We have a dog breed that is active and high drive; also accident prone. we did not have insurance with our previous dog of the same breed and he developed an injury that led to major surgery. Besides the pain of losing him prematurely, we ended up spending a fortune in emergency surgical and aftercare costs. It was like a punch in the gut! We felt irresponsible for not considering insurance for our pet and in fact spent more in healthcare costs for "Iggy" then our own combined costs for ourselves. Also, the reps are really helpful and willing to work with us on billing issues.

Embrace your pet(s) right now!

I have never used pet insurance before and I've owned many many animals. I am so grateful my vet whom is also my friend strongly suggested I get insurance for my two golden retriever puppies. My one puppy has been suffering from panosteitis and when we outgrew that he was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia in both elbows! He's recovering from his final surgery. I could not be happier with this insurance and what's even more impressive is how kind and compassionate the staff is. I can't say enough about how amazing they are. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Thank Heavens Embrace is Honest and Fast

Thank you. aways Great! Quick service and you cover the claims like you say you will. I love working with this company! My Blossom needs extra help sometimes and it is a relief to know you are there!!! Last month I thought swallowed something and required emergency xrays - you payed exactly what you said you'd pay,no questions asked.

Happy dog again

My Siberian Husky had a torn ACL and required very expensive surgery to fix it. My daughter and I scraped money together to pay the cost of the surgery up front even as we sought pre-certification for the surgery. Embrace reimbursed us for most the cost of the surgery within two weeks of Cassady's surgery. They also reimbursed fully the cost of extra x-rays and medicine required. Prior to that, the same Husky had a serious infection in one of her toes, and again, Embrace reimbursed us for the cost of her care. I am really glad to have learned of this company and I appreciate it more than words can say.

New customer - very pleased!

After comparing 7 pet insurance plans, I selected Embrace due to the numerous options allowed in devising my plan coverage and associated cost. Within days of signing up, I took my 2 cats for a semi-annual wellness checkup and submitted the claims. The claims for both cats were handled quickly and the full amounts were covered. So far, I am very pleased. P.S. Embrace has a fabulous website as well!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
