Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Newf had to have TPLO surgery. I was so happy that we had gone with Embrace for our insurance. They were easy to deal with and getting the checks in the mail very quickly. They continue to cover her physical therapy too. The physical therapist also like Embrace and used them too.

Fast processing of claims. I got a notification in 24 hours indicating the claim was received. The check was on my mailbox in less than 2 weeks.

The communication and response time is remarkable.

I have been using Embrace now for both of my cats Eddie and Molly since I adopted them two years ago. I searched through the different plans that were out there and decided on Embrace based on customer ratings and the plan details. I feel I definitely made the right choice - the customer ratings were right on target. Embrace has the very best service, they give speedy claims that are very fair. Recently Molly had a weird discharge coming out of her eye so naturally I rushed her to the vet. Eddie had an abscess earlier this year and he needed it cleaned and to get an antibiotic for it. Everything I have submitted has been covered. I'm so glad to have Embrace.

My 8 /12 year old Bernese, who has had joint issues with great coverage from Embrace for his medications, acupuncture, ACL surgery and other treatments, has developed histiocytic cancer. The insurance has been invaluable as various procedures have been done to lead to the diagnosis, including having his spleen removed. Now he is undergoing cancer treatment. While we will definitely max out our $10,000 per year coverage for him, we are so grateful to have had such coverage with great customer service and easy to submit claims. I have told so many people about Embrace!
