Excellent Company

I have 6 dogs and 1 cat...Embrace is not only EXTREMELY reasonable in terms of premiums, but have always been quick to pay claims and the customer service I've experienced on every call has been outstanding. I am a customer for life!!

Tenacious Follow Through

This claim process seemed to be filled with roadblocks. However, Laura and the others who worked the case were patient with us, helped work through the roadblocks, and eventually completed it. We appreciate the continued effort to make this right.

Little Bit Thanks you " A Lot"

What a scare we had on such a happy and joyous occasion. On Christmas Eve day, our cat, Little Bit, ate a good portion of a Lily, which is very toxic. I took Little Bit to the Vet Hospital, where he stayed for a full week, receiving treatment to minimize and reverse the toxicity levels in his body. Just like a child, we visited Little Bit in the hospital every day, including Christmas Day. This was a stressful incident in the middle of what can be a stressful season. Fortunately for my wife and me, there was nothing stressful about our contacts with Pet Embrace. Everyone with whom we had contact treated us not only with respect and dignity, but also a genuine concern for our situation and for Little Bit. A special Thank you to Ann E. Killea, our personal Customer Care Embracer. Ann regularly checked in to see how Little Bit was doing, and she was instrumental in getting the proper information to us to complete our Claims. We were fortunate that we made the decision to purchase Insurance for our pet, but we were even more fortunate that we chose Pet Embrace. I would recommend Pet Embrace in a heartbeat. Allergies - English Bulldog

Best investment I made when I got my english bulldog puppy. He developed severe allergies at 2 years old and after allergy testing and a couple of months of vet visits we found out he is highly allergic to dust. Now he is on Expensive allergy meds which work get. This would have been 1000s of dollars out of pocket but it is all covered with Embrace, even his monthly allergy prescriptions!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
