Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

For my first French Mastiff I had VIP pet insurance. I was not happy with them and when I got my second mastiff was not going to get insurance. My friend told me about Embrace, so I decided to give them a try. The first 3 1/2 years of my dogs life were healthy so I had not experience with Embrace. I paid my monthly premium and that was it. When my dog became ill with a heart condition, Embrace was beyond awesome. If not for Embrace, i would not have been able to afford the different medical treatments and my beloved dog would most likely not be here today. I tell everyone I know who has an animal about them. They have saved my dogs life and my marriage. Thank you for everything....you are truly the best.

I switched from VPI to Embrace approximately 5 years ago. Best decision ever. While my boy was healthy for many years ago, in April 2017 while in daycare he was exposed to kennel cough. Unfortunately the kennel cough turned into pneumonia and was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis as a result. Embrace covered 80% of all of his medical expenses as well as the medication he will need to take for the rest of his life. I am so thankful to Embrace for their love and compassion for the animals first.

This was the first time our cat had any issues and we had completely forgotten that we had this wonderful insurance when we paid the first bill. By the time two day's visits were done, we were up to $1400. Not exactly something we'd planned on. But thankfully we had Embrace coverage for Church and the prompt handling of the claims really helped ease a bit of stress on the budget. Thanks Embrace!

I very first experience with a pet insurance company and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was very pleased with the customer service we received and impressed with the speed of the claim being handled.

This insurance company does not pay the claims they promise to pay.. When they tell you they have sent a payment; they haven't. They send you stupid emails asking you if you've received your money when they know for sure that you haven't been paid. Once again, trust absolutely nobody.. Do not place your trust in these disgusting liars.. They embrace only themselves and your money.. When you have a claim, it will not be paid in a timely manner, or it will not be paid at all... I hate these people. You will too..
