Excellent Customer Service
I have wellness coverage with my pet policy, and I submitted a wellness claim on 3/22/17 via email. Within 24 hours I received a response from Embrace notifying me that they had received my claim. On March 28, I received another email from them notifying me that my claim was approved. I am more than satisfied with Embrace! Keep up the great work.

Amazing Service
I was very hesitant about pet insurance because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not, and I must say I totally love it! I've had amazing service with Embrace! Quick response times to all my emails and claims and filling a claim is so unbelievably easy.
I love the wellness riders, that's why I chose Embrace and I'm so glad I did!

Grateful
I could not have given my fur babies the care and attention they needed withouth Embrace. Over the years, my cat remained quite healthy, while my dog suffered completely random and unforeseeable accidents or illness: punctured iris (happened before I rescued but noticed it as soon as I brought her home), urinary issues, oral braces because her bottom k-9 was growing into the roof of her mouth, shoulder tendinitis, and the most significant was a compressed disk that prevented her from walking, among other gastrointestinal issues. With the back surgery alone, I received all the premiums I had paid up for 5 years to that point, for both my pets. My insurance paid for itself. And if that isn't enough, Embrace, for all my claims, was quick to notify when they received a claim, when it was processed, and when and how to much to expect my reimbursement. The process never took more than 4 weeks, on the long end. Earlier this month, my cat passed away. I received condolence emails, as well as a virtual candle lit in my boy's memory, from Embrace. I appreciate all they have done for me and my fur babies. <3
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.

In addition to its pet insurance policy, Embrace offers a Wellness Rewards program to help cover the cost of routine veterinary care, grooming and training. Its Healthy Pet Deductible™, the industry’s first and only diminishing deductible feature, is included with every policy as standard.
For every policy sold, Embrace donates $2 to a pet-related charity, as well as offering additional funding and support to shelters and other charitable organizations.
