Embrace is by far the best pet insurance on the market. Your company is so easy to deal with and customer service reps are so helpful that we would never change. You should train other companies to do such a great job on dealing with their clients and these other companies would greatly increase their business. Keep up the great service you provide.....there are no others as good out their.

Rip off

There coverage is well lacking to say the least. If you can't make a claim for a 2 year old dogs abscessed tooth what could they possibly cover? Coverage for 2 years with zero claims on 2 dogs. Took them a month to tell me my claim wasn't approved and that was after getting info from my vet to support the claim. No preexisting issues. Just your policy didn't cover this. Teeth cleaned. Nope doesn't cover that either. No explanation what so ever. Just awful service after paying for 2 years without ever making a claim.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
