Soft Palette Surgery

Hello, I am just writing to say Embrace is a wonderful company. They paid out on a claim of nearly $6,000 with zero back and forth. The situation is difficult as it is and not having to have the financial worries eases the burden a little bit. Would certainly recommend.

Professional & efficient

The Embrace claim staff communicated very well, and provided fast responses. They stayed on top of my claim while I waited for a previous vet office in a different country to respond; great work.

Blind Shot

Embrace or who ever this insurance company is, hides behind a curtain waiting to hide behind assumptions that would allow them to deny a claim or worse yet, know they will not cover your pet for an exclusion. You buy the policy and pay for a premium that you assume will cover your pet for all accidents, or an illness. The company then contacts your Vets for your pets history which is a good practice. They discover that they will not cover one or more illness or accidents but NEVER SEND AN ADDENDUM TO THE ORIGINAL POLICY AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A LOWER RATE SINCE THEY WILL NOT COVER SOME ISSUES. They wait until you run up a Vet bill then let you know there was a prior exemption and will not cover the bill. I wonder what would happen if the owner cannot afford the bill but in good faith feel they are covered with this so called insurance. Last but not least they place themselves as knowing more about your pet and issues then a Vet Specialist. Beware and think about your way of seeking justice and putting an end to this salient way to be more profitable.

Don't Trust!

New kitten that was fully covered for all of his health issues including nose and allergies until he was just over a yr. old and needed sinus surgery which cost $3,500. Once that claim was filed, suddenly it was a pre-existing condition. Embrace says that because the vet noted my cat had a dry nose during his "kitten" exam that anything with the nose is pre-existing. Event though the vet wrote a letter to Embrace saying the dry nose had nothing to do with the internal sinus cavities. This company is a fraud!!! Run away from them don't buy a policy. Also, pet insurance is unregulated, Embrace may do and decide as they want. Scam!

Great Experiance

Claim form was easy to print at my local vet and complete before I even left that day (recommend you be proactive with the vet clinic and get everything in order, most vet clinics will fax the claim forms with no fee). Customer service was excellent and helpful. Within 7 days of the vet visit I had the claim resolved and the payment sent to me. Really happy with how easy everything was.
