Couldn't be happier with Embrace

Our rottie Zoe developed elbow problems as a 2 year old dog and required surgery costing over 5K. Embrace covered all the charges (post deductible) including consultations and X-rays. Their reimbursements were fast, friendly and professional. It completely justified our decision in getting pet insurance and choosing them. I highly recommend them.

This is not the first time I have had to put in a claim on one of my animals. The company employees are always helpful and the claims are processed very quickly.

Overall

Embrace Is fabulous. I have two senior chi's age 14, enrolling with embrace has been one of the best decisions I have made for my fur babies. They are family members and expect to have coverage as good as I choose for myself and Embrace is exactly that. Each Team member that I have dealt with has been helpful and very kind. I tell everyone about Embrace. My mom and sister have their animals covered with Embrace as well. Thanks Guys!!

Exceptional Service

Always fast reimbursement for well care visits. The only time there was an issue it was due a problem with how the vet submitted the claim. Once the mistake was brought to claim department it was quickly reimbursed!

I recommend Embrace to every pet parent I know!

I've submitted over 10 Wellness claims for my 2 puppies within the past 3 months and have had nothing but efficient, courteous, and fast service! I can't speak to the handling of Illness claims, but based on my great experiences with working out Wellness claims and the fact that I have had multiple positive interactions with several representatives, I recommend Embrace to every pet parent I know. After researching over a few days on pet insurance, I've found Embrace's reasonable rates and Wellness Plan option to be the clear choice for me.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
