Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've had two pets with serious issues, a young cat with renal failure and now an Irish Terrier with lymphoma. Embrace has been caring, fair and fantastic. I urge anyone who cares about their pet to use Embrace. If only human care was like this again.

Everything worked as advertised. The Vet Office filed the claim using the form we provided and they maintained on file. Embrace processed the claim and notified us of payment and it was received. Have just set up for direct payment in the future. Very happy with Embrace and the insurance.

So far so good. They worked with me well today when I was a little confused on my coverages for my fur babies. They are an very friendly place.

Embrace was the best choice we made for our English Mastiff, Lambeau. Lambeau suffered from chronic kidney failure, but Embrace allowed us the opportunity to give Lambeau the best treatment available to help manage his disease, and extend his life as long as comfortably possible. Without question, we were able to spend extra time with our big pup that probably would not have been possible due to the extreme costs of medical supplies/medications, hospital stays and treatments which costed in the range of $10k. Would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner out there. Worth every dollar.

A little clumsy (on my part) initially. I was submitting a wellness claim and decided to submit additional background info on our shelter pet while I was at it. I wasn't able to indicate that it was merely informational, so Embrace processed the support docs as claims and obviously declined them because they occurred prior to enrollment in our policy. After an exchange of personally written emails the confusion was straightened out, and my wellness claim was ultimately approved. I was impressed with the prompt personal responses I received from the staff, and look forward to working with Embrace in the future.
