I can count on them to help to allow me to support my 11 year old Golden girl to go thru Cancer treatments which I could not afford with out their support. We have gone thru many Thousands of dollars and the checks arrive in less then 2 weeks and so far the treatments are working and we will have our girl around for many more kisses and fun loving years. Good recommendation my Vet made when they suggested Embrace several years ago. Thankful!

I love this company!

Embrace truly holds up their end of the deal. I submit our claims online and they review and pay them within two weeks. They then follow up to make sure the direct deposit goes through correctly. You can't ask for better customer service.

Wonderful experience

I have had Newfoundlands for 30 years. I had used another National Insurance company for most of that time. Recently, I got a new puppy and used Embrace. They have been "WONDERFUL" to work with. Any issues we have had, Embrace has been right there with us, knowledgeable and ready to help. Cannot say enough about their people and company

Saved my baby's life!

I went to an animal conference a few years ago and met a representative from this company. Never did I ever even consider getting pet insurance but I figured we would try it out. A few years later on my dogs 3rd birthday I was thanking God I made the right choice. My 132 pound dog inhaled a foxtail weed and popped his lung. There was absolutely no way we could have afforded the entire surgery and care. I called a representative from Embrace and found out that our policy was able to cover up to $10,000 of the procedures needed to save our baby's life. Today he is happy and healthy and is ready to see his 4th birthday. Thank you Embrace! ***the only criticism is the hours the team is available on the weekends, we needed someone on a Saturday on the West coast and they were closed.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
