Great Service!

We have a dog with a lot of health issues so we have quite a few claims for him. Embrace is always quick to check out the claim and send a check to help pay for all his vet bills. I am glad we got Embrace to help us with that!

Better responses that I expected.

I am very pleased with the response time and the wellness coverage. We have not had to use the general coverage as yet. If there would be anything I would change would be the preexisting condition coverage.

Worth it!!!!!

I was so upset after learning that my 9 month old puppy had chronic kidney disease. I was just running around bringing him to vet after vet and collecting samples and researching. The bills started piling up. Unlike his original vet, the specialist we go to know has the worst customer service and wouldn't help me submit his claims, but luckily Embrace is so user friendly and their online claim submission is real easy. I was shocked to see that I actually received the amount promised because I had met my deductible this year. They are great and have great customer service. Definitely a shining light for me.

Easy to submit claims

The claim process has been very easy with Embrace and we've had no issues. It is nice to know that our furry family member is covered :)

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
