So far so good!
I've only had embrace for almost 2 months and haven't had any problems or issues. It was easy to sign up and get things started. I later added the wellness plan to the insurance and the customer service rep was fast and convenient. I filed a wellness claim recently, I was able to upload the invoice and claim form to my account. I uploaded everything late Sunday night and today, 4 days later received an email saying it was processed. The only thing I wish they had was a way to set up the reimbursement check, I was looking around and found the 1-800 number to call to change it from a check to direct deposit but had I not looked around I wouldn't have known. Overall, it seems to be a good company.
