Saved my baby's life!

I went to an animal conference a few years ago and met a representative from this company. Never did I ever even consider getting pet insurance but I figured we would try it out. A few years later on my dogs 3rd birthday I was thanking God I made the right choice. My 132 pound dog inhaled a foxtail weed and popped his lung. There was absolutely no way we could have afforded the entire surgery and care. I called a representative from Embrace and found out that our policy was able to cover up to $10,000 of the procedures needed to save our baby's life. Today he is happy and healthy and is ready to see his 4th birthday. Thank you Embrace! ***the only criticism is the hours the team is available on the weekends, we needed someone on a Saturday on the West coast and they were closed.

Always outstanding service

We've had our dogs insured by Embrace since 2013, after previously having used three of their competitors. No one has treated our 'family' as well as Embrace, from the fairness of their policies to the customer service to claims processing. I can't say enough about them!

Thankful to be embraced with Embrace Pet Insurance

Our three cavaliers are covered with Embrace Pet Insurance. They are so easy to correspond with and respond very quickly. We love their pet portal so we can check in and really appreciate how they list any pre existing conditions. We are often asked about Pet Insurance and we give them 12 paws up!!!

Excellent service

Embrace is very easy to interact with and explaining about claims and payments.I am very pleased that I purchased the Wellness and Puppy insurance. It gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any eventuality concerning my puppy.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
