Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I had another insurance with my other Newfie. They only paid a specific amount for a procedure. Which doesn't work well when they say they only pay 1000 and the procedure is 3000....so when I got this puppy, I chose Embrace because they will just pay what ever plan you chose. You chose a yearly $$ limit and $$ deductible. This way I can use any vet etc, and not worry about the exact price. Sage became very ill and we were at OSU for awhile. Embrace has paid every bill 80%...which thus far has been $4712.37. I can not express how comforting it is to have your dog treated where ever necessary to make sure they get well and survive. Sage is doing awesome at this time.

This is my third year for Embrace coverage for my two dogs. I have been extremely happy with their quick processing of claims, helpful response to inquiries and ease in paperwork

The customer service is above what I expected. You can tell that they actually care about your pet and understand how your pet is like family to you. They have gone above and beyond for my dog and I. Treating pneumonia can be a long process with a lot of meds and Embrace covered all quickly and efficiently.
