Amazing insurance

Recent Treatment for My Pomeranians

Filed three claims recently on my 7 yr and 8 yr old Pomeranian dogs. Claims were received and processed promptly. Two claims for illness and one for wellness. Emails received once the claims were received and I was informed of the resolution of all three claims very quickly. Refunds deposited into my bank checking account. Everything was done very efficiently and Embrace kept me informed when claims we received and resolution of each claim. Been using Embrace for over six years now. Glad I got pet insurance when my dogs were young.

Great Customer Service

We have had our two dogs covered by Embrace for a few years now and have never had an issue with them processing our claims. I submit claims via e-mail and they are reimbursed within two weeks. Any time I have had to contact them the customer service people have been excellent.

Lifesaver

I am so thankful for Embrace insurance during this difficult time of illness for my dog. They covered a vast majority of a major medical treatment and I am so grateful. They are always prompt in claim service and I am truly thankful to have a policy with them.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
