Exellent service

i have this insurance since i adopted my dogs in 2012. I have cockapoo and other poodle mix. Both of my dogs are senior dogs Over the years they needed medical help and this insurace was always their to assist in care that otherwise i could not pay for. This is the best company for me , and my pets.

Great Customer Service

While my first claim was initially denied, when I submitted a letter from my dog's cardiologist in appeal, the denial was overturned and her claim was covered. All of the staff I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with via email seem very caring and have been quite helpful. Once we ironed out the confusion over her first claim, subsequent claims have been smooth sailing and paid in a timely fashion. The wellness coverage has been great also.

This company is the best pet insurer.

My Flat Coated Retriever suffered severe injuries in both shoulders, requiring surgery and extensive rehabilitation. Embrace has received and processed over $8,000 worth of bills (so far). They have gone out of their way to make the claims process easy, and to promptly pay all claims, directly to my bank’s checking account. I just wish I could find a human health insurer that was half as good. I’ve had other pet insurers who weren’t nearly as good. I highly recommend Embrace.

Great Customer Service

We have our two beagles covered by Embrace. The one beagle has experienced some major health problems and we needed an MRI to determine what was going on. Without having Embrace it would have been a very difficult decision to spend the money for an MRI. Our insurance covered the MRI and it was a relief knowing we made the right decision on having Embrace. Our claim was paid within two weeks. The customer service group at Embrace have been wonderful. Thank you..!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
