Embrace saved my pet's life!!
I have never had pet insurance before so when I decided to look into it, I did a lot of research. Embrace kept popping up as highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. Within the first month that I purchased the insurance, our pet started acting strange and running into things. We took her to the vet who recommended a specialist. She was diagnosed with sudden blindness and the insurance reimbursed us with no problems. About 8 months later, she suddenly lost use of her back end. Terrified, we took her to the vet right away who, once again referred us to a specialist. She ended up having a herniated disk and had emergency surgery to remove it from her back. She is now recovering wonderfully!! If it weren't for this insurance, I am sure we would have lost her since the surgery was several thousand dollars. I can't say enough wonderful things about this insurance! Reimbursement was quick and filing the claims was easy!! As long as I have a pet, I will have Embrace. Thank you Embrace for saving my pet's life!!

Embrace makes it easy....plain and simple
After many years with Nationwide (formerly VPI) I decided to try another insurer when I rescued my next dog, and at my vet's recommendation, I explored Embrace. From the very beginning they were very clear about what they offered, had great options, and excellent communication. I found their plans easy to understand and straight forward. When I rescue another dog, I will definitely go with Embrace. Filing claims is easy and quick and I highly recommend their Wellness Plan. Customer Care is easy to communicate with and provide quick responses via phone and email. I cannot say enough about how much this matters when you have questions about claims or your coverage. Everything is easy with Embrace.

Prompt and easy.
Not only has each Embrace staff member been courteous and sincere whenever I've had to reach out to one, but the company has been timely responsive. My cat developed asthma and is permanently on regulating medication. Each time I've submitted my correlating claims, within days it was reviewed, approved and I have received my coverage check.

Embrace provides excellent customer service.
We enrolled in Embrace pet insurance about a year ago. We have filed several claims and all have been processed promptly with no issues. We are pleased so far with the coverage and customer service.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
