Good and caring Pet Insurance

My poor puppy broke his toe and had to see vet for a couple of weeks to change bandage. Sent all bills to Embrace and they were very prompt with these claims and also sending out checks to me to cover some of the cost, and also claims for his puppy shots were handled promptly.

Very Satifsfied

My fur baby, Finnigan has skin allergies and was scratching like crazy. I submitted his vet bills not knowing if his treatments would be covered. I was happy when Embrace covered his bills.

Embrace Allowed us 7 more months with Loki

I was reluctant to get dog insurance at first but we eventually decided to and then a year or two after that, my best friend was diagnosed with lymphoma. The doctor said on November 1st that it was unlikely he would make it out of November. We knew we didn't have the money to cover the cost of chemo but we wanted to try anyway and go through the insurance. They ended up covering most of it. I would guess that embrace paid somewhere in the neighborhood of $8000 between 2016 and 2017. We lost Loki to his cancer on June 20th, almost a full 7 months after when he was expected to make it. I could not possibly speak higher of embrace. I am now and forever will be a huge advocate for them. Embrace allowed me to create so many more amazing memories with the best guy I'll ever know. I am forever grateful.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
