Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I had several claims for my two dogs and as soon as Embrace received the claims I was notified. They kept me informed through the process. The Embracers I have spoken with are great— they give wonderful customer service. They have always made me feel my dogs and I were important no matter how trivial the question or concern.

I absolutely love Embrace! It is so easy to file claims and the Wellness plan is awesome since there isn't a set amount a certain procedure. Claims get processed in no time and I get my refund quickly with their direct deposit. The one time a mistake was made on my account, I called and it was taken care of in the same day! Very nice people manning the phones as well. Literally cant say enough good things about Embrace.

I have only been an Embrace policy holder for a short time but I have been impressed by the speed of the Embrace claims process. I would definitely recommend Embrace to other pet owners.

I am so thrilled and relieved that Embrace covered a significant portion of my cat's recent dental work. Since routine dental care/dental cleanings are considered Wellness I wasn't sure what to expect. But my cat needed several teeth removed and Embrace helped with those costs. Thank you Embrace!!

After my diarrhea-prone rescue hound ingested some garbage and began exhibiting other alarming symptoms, I took him to my veterinarian for an emergency visit on a Sunday evening. The diagnosis was inconclusive, and we went home with some meds and probiotics. He stabilized then declined, so I returned to the vet on Tuesday morning. He needed to be hospitalized, rehydrated, and observed for 2 nights, including a barium swallow. To my great relief, he recovered fully, not to mention that EMBRACE covered virtually everything, and in a prompt fashion. I have zero regrets signing up, and only wish I would have done it the day I adopted my dog!
