Every-time I called I spoke with a person who was competent, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I was walked through the process with everything totally explained. All questions and concerns were answered.
This was our first claim and took several weeks to have the claim settled

Great Customer Service
Customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our one dog has a major illness and the Embrace insurance has been a lifesaver--spent a week in a large animal hospital and is under care of a neurologist. They conveniently provide claim forms with your dog's name on it sent with email so easy access. Turn around time is excellent.

Pleasantly surprised!!!!
I was reluctant to get pet insurance because I have heard nightmares and when looking at reviews online, it was overwhelming with all the negative reviews about companies in general. After a long time of research, I went with Embrace as they seemed to offer the best service for me (high coverage, offer the wellness program and reviews looked good). I have the regular insurance as well as wellness.
Embrace has paid out every claim I submitted and their customer service is bar none. They have been great, nice, professional and quick responses. I haven't worked with other pet insurance companies but I am very pleased with Embrace and plan to stay with them for a while.

Thankful for Embrace Pet Insurance
We are so thankful that our dog, Levi, is “Embraced!” For his entire life he has been a “regular” at our Emergency Vet’s office for a variety of life-threatening issues (poisonous snake bite, two surgeries for ingesting foreign objects, poison toxicity from swallowing something, etc.). Levi’s claims make for some interesting reading! With Embrace, we can rest assured that our cute, loveable, silly Golden Retriever will be able to bring smiles to everyone he meets. Thank you Embrace!!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
