Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I read a lot before deciding to go with Embrace, and I can honestly say that I am glad I did. I read reviews from other companies where claims were denied or took unreasonable amounts of time to be reimbursed. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Embrace. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes, and has had several other related medical complications over the past almost year. I have submitted quite a few claims, and not only was the process simple, but the claims were paid quickly into my bank, and the customer service has been excellent. I am so happy to have confidence in the insurance company I chose.

As most animal owners out there our animals are our pride and joy. so when it comes to health insurance for them, why would you treat them any different than your children? Although I see mixed reviews on the internet; Embrace has been nothing but helpful to me and my dog. I do spend more than most people but I would pay any price to know my animal is in good hands. I have not received any issues and Embrace has reimbursed me for almost every claim I've submitted. Be sure to read and chose your plan carefully. Everything is explained thoroughly when choosing your plan and if you have any questions their staff has gone above and beyond to help solve all of my questions and concerns.

I appreciate how fast and easy it was to file a claim and receive a check in a timely fashion. I appreciate the simplicity.

This has been the year my dog has gotten into all sorts of mischief (crystals in his bladder, foxtails, yeast infection in his ear) to the tune of over $2,000. Thank goodness Embrace covered all of our visits, and saved me a minor fortune (and major stress). The reimbursements were paid promptly, and the service is always courteous. Thank you, Embrace

About a year after we adopted our pug (we adopted her 3 years ago when she was 5) she started getting Mast Cell Tumors and has needed repeated surguries. The silver lining is that they have all been low-grade with clean margins and as long as they stay that way, this condition can be managed and she can live a long healthy life.. Without Embrace, I honestly don't know what we would do. Over the past few years she's needed repeated surgeries and Embrace has been there for us. We are grateful to Embrace for helping us keep her healthy. She is our fur-baby and the light of our lives. Thank you Embrace!
