My cat has cancer and the treatments and surgery thus far have been paid as they should. I am very satisfied with the policy and service.

Not a regular insurance company
EXCELLENT COVERAGE, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMAZINGLY SENSITIVE HUMAN BEINGS ...few months after purchasing the policy for my 2 Dobermans . MAX, a huge black male was diagnosed with DCM, a terminal heart disease , devastated, I called Embrace, as we were new members to find out if it was true all the promises made when we had joined Embrace , the answer of the young girl that picked up the phone , still brings tears to my eyes " Do whatever you need to prolong or improve Max quality of life ...WE ARE 100% BEHIND YOU GUYS" ...months later when Max died , we received handwritten condolences cards from members of the staff and they also lit a candle on my phone for Max ...my new puppy Drago arrived to NYC from Denver with a 30 days coverage from AKC insurance paid for the breeder ...days after his arrival I noticed a lump over his ribs , he got hurt in my backyard or maybe came with a thorn between his ribs that caused a bad infection, the bacteria traveled to his joints causing discomfort and pain, I got only problems with AKC insurance to get some money back well past 60 or 70 days after we sent the claim , as soon as I recovered "some" money from AKC , Drago also became a proud member of Embrace Pet insurance.

I currently have two dogs insured with Embrace and one previously that passed.
I originally purchased Embrace Insurance for my Pomp as it was highly recommended by .an internet search but I don't know if they have gotten too large or just don't care anymore since August one of my dogs needed a physical report from my vet. I was not copied for that request so I didn't follow-up but the end of Oct they received it. I was very dissatisfied after calling with the answers I received as my dogs are my children and I want them to have the best. In my opinion embrace is no longer the best sorry.

Excellent pet insurance
I moved to embrace after being with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The reason for my move was the dificulty I was receiving with one of my dogs. I was paying a significant premium and considering that the pets were over 9 but younger than 10 the insurance company implemented a list of exclusions.
When I called Embrace they quoted my for my three pets approx $150 a month which was a great deal after moving from the other company. Until this day I've had 0 problems and all my insurance claims paid as promised. I have a $500 deductible which has been met and I've never felt so happy with an insurance company (honestly). Because my dogs are older we have faced some health problems. Nothing major; however, it's nice to know that you have an insurance company to support you and deliver what you need and what you pay for.
Lastly, I have to say that being on top of your claims is so easy! The online system works! Easy to read, organized and if you have any questions you can always call and get A+ customer service.
Both my husband and I are very satisfied with embrace and will forever be with them. I have recommended the insurance to countless numbers of pet parents. It works and it's worth it!
