Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Been with them for over 8 years thru ups and downs. KC Baby has her share of problems and now the older she gets she is getting new age related (sound familiar?). She was attacked a couple of years back and was in and out of emergency treatment for days and not sure she was going to make it - needless to say the bill ran up! Embrace covered what she was insured for and we got back over $3000 of $3500+ bills, has had on and off treatments for ailments and covered with no complaints or needing to negotiate with embrace. Now their rates have increased with KC's age; but so has my car and house insurance. Embrace has been great to deal with, responsive, fair, and fast. Our vet even asked about Embrace.

Very happy with my dogs experience after his 1st vet visit with Insurance. I paid his bill, his vet sent in the claim form, and about 2 weeks later I received an email saying his claim was approved and I would receive a check for the eligible reimbursement. Only wish I had gotten this sooner for my dog!

I’ve had no issues with Embrace. I’ve found them to be very customer service orientated with quick returns on claims I’ve submitted.

While trying to sort through our dogs health issues we’ve submitted several claims recently. The claims have been processed promptly and the reimbursement checks in a timely fashion. Much faster than my own health insurance!
