Truly great customer service/fast claim service.
Recently had to turn in a KNEE injury claim on my 4 yr old Agility BORDER COLLIE- GYPSEE... All through the medical/treatment/billing process, Emrace handled our issue expeditiously. We had all invoices/Dr's. notes-- and when submitted on line through Embrace Portal, claims were reviewed and paid in a timely matter. Good communications as well. She is on the mend. All that is left is a number of months of rehab..Thank you.
