Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I cant say enough aboit how well EMBRACE insurance worked with us to resolve a claim that quite frankly I messed up on. It only took 1 call and 1 email, but all the employees were so helpful..I would and always do pass on the kudos to everyone about EMBRACE!!

I received two months of Embrace insurance for my new dog, Chance, from the rescue I adopted through. Chance had been abused, had surgery for his injuries prior to my adopting him, and was also heartworm positive, had parasites, etc, etc. (train wreck doggie!) Luckily I have a wonderful vet, but we figured everything would be denied for pre existing or whatever. The service rep who emailed me (Ashley, I believe) was very thorough in researching prior vet records and such, and kept me in the loop through the process, and I did receive reimbursement for much of his vet bill. I really appreciated the good customer service and communication.

The staff worked well with the animal hospital, and between them, I hardly had to fill out any forms. The claims process was very fast, and I received payment way faster than I imagined. Also, I thought they would nit-pick the hospital bill, but they paid their part in full without argument! Highly recommend, and I'm doing so to all my friends and family. The only reason for a 9 rating is that my dog had a cyst over a year ago, which went away on its own, but it is now listed as a pre-existing condition. I felt that was petty.

When researching pet insurance companies, Embrace Pet Insurance stood out from all the rest. I was impressed with their pricing and the amount of coverage that our pet cat, Sparky, would receive. I took out the illness coverage, as well as the wellness coverage, and that decision was a good decision. My claims have been dealt with promptly, and their customer service is excellent! I would definitely recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to others.

Very satisfied with coverage for Max ( Lab ) Thank You for answering all questions and helping me through process . July 13th on Max 's birthday (7) we ended up at the vets , he started having problems with back end /legs . Max had x rays , vet suspected problem with disk . We left for 24 /7 hospital hour and half away where Max had MRI that showed two slipped disks ,they were pushing into spine . Max then had operation on the 14 th , was home few days later . Max is doing very well . Thank You
