Easy claim process with friendly and helpful customer service

I've had a positive experience submitting claims with Embrace. They always send an email when they receive the claim and also when they have processed it. The customer service is always very good.

This insurance really has been a god-send for me and Zeus...

My 13 and 1/2 year old cat developed a serious bowel disorder, the treatment of which cost me over $6000. I insured him roughly 6 months before he developed this problem and paid $58 per month. Without any arguing about the bills, I was reimbursed for 90% of this cost, including medicines, which are expensive. He is now doing much better and it is such a relief to me...

Appointment today, email same day from Embrace that my claim has been covered!

Puppy needed her prescription dog food, heartworm and flea/tick meds. Stopped in this afternoon to pick it up and 3 hrs later I get an email from Embrace letting me know my claim has been covered.

Very helpful when filing our claim and payment was very fast.

Embrace's customer service was very kind and helpful when we filed our claim, assuring that we received the maximum benefit. They also kept us informed every step of the way. I wish my own health insurance was this good.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
