I can't say enough things good about embrace. You people are highly professional and so pleasant to deal with. I have recommended you to anyone who has a pet. I work with a dog judge and she is totally amazed at the good things I have to say about you.

As Advertised

Our dog Jessica had some problems that were quite costly. Embrace took our claim and had a refund in our hands within two weeks. It is nice knowing that if Jessica has any major problems all we have to cover is the deductible. Rather have a small monthly fee them a surprise bill in the thousands! Great piece of mind.?

Embrace does not cover valid claims

Please don't waste your money. I've insured 3 elderly dogs here for 2 years. I've only filed one claim for a surgery and they claim it is from a pre-existing condition, though our well respected surgeon has rebutted this claim. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit.

I am so thankful that I have pet insurance for my best friend when they needed. When my dog fell ill Embrace was there to help cover my cost to do the necessary procedures for my pet and ease the burden. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
